Hello everyone! Regarding shipping to Europe, the costs (which are certainly higher than I would like) are unfortunately what the United States postal service charges to ship books there.
We are actively looking for other shipping options, but we can't promise anything at the moment. If you have ideas, please put them in the comments! We welcome your suggestions.

First of all THANK YOU for an incredible start to the campaign! I could never have imagined it would take off like this and I'm very humbled by all the support. Funded in 5 minutes? $100,000 in an hour? It boggles my mind.
Next, I have heard all of your requests for Peter Mullen's art to be available to people who bought the Premium edition! It's not going to be possible to put it inside the book, due to the black and white interior and the fact that the end pages will be used for reference material.
However, I have added a 18x24in poster of the artwork as a physical add-on, so if you have backed at any physical tier you can add it on to your pledge. The Knave logo patch is also now available as an add-on, for those people who aren't able to get it for free by backing in the first 24 hours.
